What We Do.
Site Engineering Inc., provides civil engineering and design services to assist our clients in obtaining regulatory approvals, to provide sound engineering/design solutions to assure compliance with regulatory requirements, and to facilitate the approval process.
We are a local small business providing services to all the communities of Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts, however most of our work is in the East Bay area.
We handle all types of property development projects including subdivisions and commercial developments. We work with developers and contractors to assist them and/or their clients in obtaining approvals through Planning and Zoning and regulatory agencies such as Departments of Environmental Management and Coastal Agencies. Because we are a small firm however, we also specialize in assisting the homeowner to get through any necessary approval process.
No project is too big or too small. One of the things we offer is on-site consultation where we can assess and discuss what steps are necessary for development directly with the client. In some cases an on-site consultation is sufficient to resolve a small problem such as structural or drainage related issues.
What ever it is, if it’s related to the civil engineering field, we have the capability and expertise to engineer and design solutions that are appropriate for the task at hand without being over-designed so as to overburden the client with unnecessary cost.
